1. Frequent Cough: Often worse at night or early morning.
2. Wheezing: A whistling or squeaky sound when breathing.
3. Shortness of Breath: Difficulty in breathing, especially during physical activity.
4. Chest Tightness: A feeling of pressure or tightness in the chest.

2. Respiratory Infections: Such as the common cold.
3. Physical Activity: Exercise-induced asthma.
4. Cold Air: Breathing in cold, dry air can trigger an asthma attack.
5. Certain Medications: Including beta-blockers, aspirin, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
6. Stress and Strong Emotions: This can trigger an asthma attack.
