Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness and solicitude, generally generalized and unfocused as an overreaction to a situation that’s only subjectively seen as menacing.
It’s frequently accompanied by muscular pressure, restlessness, fatigue, incapability to catch bone breath, miserliness in the abdominal region, nausea, and problems in attention.
Anxiety diseases differ from occasional anxiety as they constantly have violent, inordinate, patient solicitude and sweat about everyday situations.
Anxiety diseases frequently involve repeated occurrences of unforeseen violent anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within twinkles( fear attacks).
These passions of anxiety and fear intrude with diurnal conditioning, are delicate to control, are out of proportion to the factual peril, and can last a long time.
You may avoid places or situations to help these passions
